Smith Special Care home is located off West Main Street in the desirable Jones Lake area. It is on a quiet street, close to bus routes and amenities. Our ten bed fully licensed facility has a lovely green space with a vegetable garden that is used to cook our home cooked meals that are tailored to you (diabetic, low salt, etc). We have a cozy common area that has comfortable chairs and a TV – each bedroom has a TC, cable and internet access. Smith Special Care Home also offers personal care services such as laundry services, personal care, medication and diabetic management. Smith Special Care Home is inspected yearly by the Department of Social Development as well as the Fire Inspector and the Department of Health
